Morgan and Aubrey love doing gymnastics and they are getting really good at it to. So, I got this note from Morgan's school saying the high school cheerleaders were doing a Little Cheerleader Clinic. Morgan, of course, wanted to go and Aubrey must do just about everything that Morgan does so she had to go too. This happened on a Friday that we had off of school and the clinic went from 8am to 4pm (very long day for Aubrey). They had a fabulous time but they said Aubrey (my little home body) was ready to go home about half way though. They learned cheers and chants and the high school cheerleaders put some of the little girls into lifts (Morgan adored that!!) Aubrey refused to even try (we'll what can I say, there is no convincing her if her mind is set). The following Friday at the home game the girls got to go out onto the football field at pre-game time and do the cheer and chants they were taught. Morgan did everything she was taught and loved every minute, I could see her little mouth saying all those words she had practiced so much and was smiling and having a fun time. Aubrey, on the other hand, once they got onto the field turned her back on the audience and refused to do anything, except talk to the cute high school cheerleader she had suckered into holding her. Then they got to go back through the big blowup eagle (Our school's mascot) that all the football players run through to enter the field. It was fun for the girls and Morgan now really wants to be a cheerleader. John (dad) is really excited about that (NOT!).

Yay! I am so glad you started a blog. Your girls are so cute...do they take gymnastics? I need to find something for Kennadee! Sorry I didn't call you back yesterday. I have been sick and by the time I got back to it it was way to late your time! Love you guys!
